Celebrating the first anniversary of my book, The People Dividend, has been a meaningful moment for reflection (see my newsletter article from last week). Reflecting on that journey has led me to examine the foundations of my work. This anniversary reminded me of my earlier book, Integrity by Design, and its messages. It’s a book that still resonates with many, and as I reflect on its core principles, I recognize how its relevance remains essential today.
This period of reflection made me realize that the core themes of authentic leadership and organizational health connect all my work.
